Offer skills and time

Our projects are made by small teams and we are always glad to meet new people:

  • translation and subtitles (UA/EN/NO);
  • video, editing, sound;
  • design and social media;
  • hosting guests and helping at events.

Offer help

Organise screenings in your country

Are you an activist, film club or cinema who wants to show Ukrainian films — free or ticketed? Join the “Constellation” network: we help with rights holders’ permissions, copies, subtitles and promo.

Terms and application

Become a partner or venue

Cinemas, film clubs, festivals, libraries, universities, cultural centres and diaspora organisations can show Ukrainian cinema together with us.

What the foundation provides

  • a film package and rights clearance;
  • a DCP or screening file and a base subtitle version;
  • promo materials and announcements.

What we expect from a venue

  • the room and technical operation of the screening;
  • audience handling;
  • information in your own channels.

Propose cooperation

For rights holders

The foundation shows Ukrainian cinema at international venues and works only with the permission of rights holders. If you hold the rights to a film (feature, animation, documentary or short), we invite you to include it in our events.

How it works

  1. Request. You or we send a letter: film titles, the event, dates, venue and screening format.
  2. Permission letter. The rights holder signs a bilingual (UA/EN) screening permission letter, which is a sufficient legal basis for the cinema’s administration. We send the template in reply to your request.
  3. Materials. We ask for a DCP (with English subtitles where available), subtitle files (.srt) or dialogue lists, and promo materials: poster, trailer, synopsis.
  4. Subtitles. With your consent we prepare subtitles in the language of the screening country (for example Norwegian) and use them only within the event.
  5. Screening and credits. The rights holder is credited on the event page in the “Partners & rights holders” section and in announcements.

Terms of participation

  • The permission is valid only for the stated event, dates and venue. No rights in the film are transferred.
  • Free screenings: admission is free and there are no payments or obligations between the parties (as in Drammen in 2026).
  • Ticketed screenings: terms (for example, revenue sharing) are agreed with the rights holder separately for each event.
  • The “Constellation” network catalogue: with your consent a film can join the catalogue for screenings in different countries. You choose: free screenings only or also ticketed ones, the countries and the term. The terms (territory, term, revenue, reporting) are set in a separate agreement.
  • Subtitles, copies and materials are used only for this event.
