to the catalogue
You decide whether the film is shown to everyone, on request only, or to selected partners only, and on what terms it can be screened. Without your written consent we publish and provide nothing.
What you control
- Visibility: “open” (poster and description in the catalogue), “on request” (title visible, terms only after the exhibitor is verified) or “selected partners only”.
- Terms: free or ticketed screenings, territory, term, fee model (flat fee, share of ticket sales, minimum guarantee), formats and subtitles, restrictions.
- Materials: trailer and screener are shared only with verified exhibitors; links are never published.
- You sign the agreement with the exhibitor or distributor directly; the foundation only connects the parties and checks applicants, and does not collect or distribute money between them.
- Exclusivity: the catalogue does not require exclusive rights and does not prevent you from working with other distributors or sales agents.
